Will I receive a confirmation of the refund?

Yes - as soon as the refund has been initiated by us, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

This is how you know that the refund has been processed and forwarded to the corresponding payment method.

What the confirmation contains:

The confirmation email usually contains the following information:

  • the note that the refund has been initiated

  • the information about the originally used payment method

  • possibly other relevant information for processing

When the credit will be visible:

After sending the confirmation, it may take a few business days depending on the payment provider until the amount is visible in your account or payment overview.

The exact duration depends, among other things, on:

  • the payment method used

  • processing time of the payment provider

  • internal bank booking processes
