Shipping & Payment Terms

1. Shipping Area

We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, unless otherwise stated in the online shop.

2. Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs

Shipping is exclusively via Swiss Post (A-Post Priority).

Shipping flat rates apply depending on the size and weight of the order:

  • CHF 1.30

  • CHF 4.00

  • CHF 9.00

The exact shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout before you complete the order.

From an order value of CHF 99.00, we deliver free of shipping costs.

3. Delivery Time

We deliberately avoid impersonal mass storage.
Instead, products are carefully selected, organized after ordering, and checked for quality and condition before shipping.

The usual delivery time is: approx. 3-4 days

For products specially ordered or made for you, delivery times may be extended. In this case, we will inform you transparently in the shop or by email.

4. Shipping Service Providers

The choice of shipping service provider is made by Catson.
Shipping is carried out by reliable shipping partners selected by us.

5. Partial Deliveries

For orders with multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this allows faster delivery.
You will incur no additional shipping costs.

6. Customs and Duties

For deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, no additional customs fees usually apply.
In exceptional cases, if duties are incurred, these will be borne by the customer.


7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in the online shop depending on availability:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Cash on delivery (only by prior arrangement)

The payment methods displayed at checkout are binding and may vary depending on device, location, or order value.

8. Payment processing

Payment must generally be made in advance.
Orders are processed and shipped after successful payment receipt.

For prepayment, the amount must be paid within 7 days.
Without payment receipt within this period, the order may be canceled.

Payment processing is carried out by certified and secure payment service providers.
Catson does not store complete credit card or payment data.

9. Invoice and receipts

After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Depending on the payment method, this also serves as proof of payment.


10. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Catson until full payment is made.

11. Shipping damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt.

Please send us:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • your order number

This way we can find a quick and straightforward solution.
