I bought an item that is now discounted. Can I get the discount retroactively?

The decisive factor for your order is always the price at the time of purchase. A retroactive adjustment to promotions starting later is generally not possible.

How price promotions apply at Catson:

1) Price at the time of purchase is binding

Orders are always completed at the price displayed in the shop at the time of purchase.

This price remains valid even if the item is later reduced or included in a new promotion.

2) Retroactive discount application is generally not possible

If a new price promotion starts after your purchase, the discount usually cannot be applied retroactively or refunded.

This particularly concerns:

• sale promotions starting later

• time-limited discount codes

• special promotions with limited duration

• short-term price promotions in the shop

3) Why this is regulated this way

Price promotions are time-limited and subject to specific promotional conditions. Since prices can change due to campaigns, availability, or promotions, every order is charged at the price valid at the time of purchase.

This keeps pricing clear and transparent for all orders within a promotion.
