My tracking is not updating – what does that mean?

If your tracking status does not change for several days, this is in many cases normal and not automatically an indication of a problem with your delivery.

During the shipping process, there are phases in which shipments are transported or processed in logistics centers without a new tracking entry being immediately visible.

Why tracking temporarily does not update:

1) Intermediate stations in the shipping process

In certain phases, a package is transported between several logistics centers or further processed internally.

During these steps, tracking updates do not always happen in real time. This can cause the status to remain unchanged for a certain period.

2) Preparation for delivery

Tracking often only updates again when the shipment has arrived in the regional delivery network or is being prepared for delivery.

This means: Even if the status does not change, your package can still be in the regular shipping process.

3) Delayed status transmission

In some cases, tracking information is transmitted with a delay. The status can then jump directly to the next shipping stage or to delivery later.

What you can do:

1) Wait initially

In most cases, no direct action is needed. The tracking often updates automatically after a short time.

2) Check tracking again later

Check the status again after some time. Especially during transitions between shipping stations, longer pauses in updates are possible.

3) Have your shipping confirmation and tracking number ready

If you need assistance later, have your shipping confirmation and tracking number ready. This allows the status to be checked more quickly.
