When will I receive my refund?

The refund is initiated as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and recorded in the system.

From this point on, the refund is made via the originally used payment method.

Refund process:

1) Receipt of the return

As soon as your package has arrived with us, the return is inspected and recorded.

After successful inspection, the refund is processed.

2) Refund is initiated

The refund is made via the original payment method used.

Once the refund has been initiated, you will usually receive a confirmation by email.

3) Time until credit

After the refund is initiated, it usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider for the credit to appear in your account or payment overview.

The exact duration may depend on:

  • Payment method

  • payment provider

  • internal bank processing times

Important to know:

As long as the package is still on its way back and has not yet arrived with us, the refund cannot be processed.

The refund only starts after the return has been received and inspected.
