How does the 30-day trial period work?

With the 30-day trial period for the Catson PureFlow, you have enough time to calmly test the drinking fountain in everyday life.

The trial period is designed so that you can give your pet enough time to get used to it.

Which product does the trial period apply to?

The 30-day trial period applies to all Catson PureFlow products.

Important: For other Catson products, the voluntary 14-day return policy applies instead.

Start of the 30-day trial period:

The 30 days start from the day of delivery of your order.

The delivery time of the package is decisive.

Time to try it out:

Many cats need some time to get used to a drinking fountain and a new water source. The 30-day trial period gives you the opportunity to patiently wait for this adjustment and fairly test the PureFlow in everyday life.

Return within 30 days:

If you decide against the Catson PureFlow within the 30-day trial period, you can return it to us under the applicable conditions.

For smooth processing, we recommend:

• Registering the return briefly with support
• Returning the product completely
• Including the order number in the package

Refund:

As soon as the return has arrived, been checked, and recorded in our system, the refund will be initiated.

The refund will be made via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few more business days before the credit is visible.
