How does the return process work?
If you want to return your order, the process at Catson is clear and simple. To ensure your return can be quickly assigned and processed, please follow the steps below.
Return period at Catson:
Catson products generally have a voluntary return policy of 14 days.
Important: For the Catson PureFlow, a separate regulation / trial period applies. In this case, the communicated conditions for the PureFlow are decisive.
How the return works:
1) Briefly register the return
Please contact our customer service briefly in advance so that we can correctly assign your return.
This helps us process your return faster and more smoothly.
2) Prepare the package completely:
Send the product back to us completely and well packaged.
Please also be sure to include a note with your order number in the package. This allows your return to be clearly assigned.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
In principle, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions:
Return shipping costs are usually covered or reimbursed in cases of:

damaged delivered products

Orders with shipping protection & free returns (if selected during the order)
In these cases, the return shipping costs will of course be considered according to the agreement.
When will the refund be made?
As soon as your return has been received, checked, and recorded in our system, the refund will be initiated.
The refund will be made via the original payment method used. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few business days before the credit is visible.
