How long is the warranty on the pump valid?

The lifetime warranty on the pump does not automatically apply to every drinking fountain.

It only applies if the Catson Care Pump Warranty was additionally purchased for CHF 29.90 at the time of purchase.

When does the lifetime pump warranty apply?

The lifetime pump warranty applies if:

• the Catson Care Pump Warranty was additionally purchased at the time of purchase
• the pump was used according to care and usage instructions
• the conditions of the Catson Care Pump Warranty are met

What does this mean in practice?

If a defect occurs in the pump during use with an active Catson Care Pump Warranty, we will support you with an appropriate solution within the warranty conditions.

Depending on the case, support usually involves a replacement solution for the pump.

Important for care and use:

To ensure the pump functions reliably over the long term, we recommend:

• regular cleaning of the pump
• removal of hair and deposits
• maintaining sufficient water level during operation
• use according to the operating instructions

Good care significantly contributes to the pump's lifespan.

No additional protection purchased?

If the Catson Care Pump Warranty was not additionally purchased, the lifetime pump warranty does not apply.

In this case, the pump is covered by the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
